Package 1

Restaurant, Pub and Hotel assessments

£150 for a comprehensive report drilling deep into your business. Similiar to a mystery shopper format with more depth and detail. Looking at your interior and exterior, food presentation and quality, customer service, operational flow and much much more.

Package 2

Business Coaching fees

£400 per month, this includes 3 sessions a month, each session lasts 1 hour. This includes unlimited email correspondence. Helping support you as the business owner to take steps to get the best out of you and support you in directing you to your destination.

Package 3

Workshop and Training events

£300 per group consisting of 5 employees. This will be a 2x2 hour Interactive workshops and can consist of your own training material and team training needs or can consist of training material which has been formatted and designed by ourselves to improve standards and increase team efficiency and knowledge around customer service.

**Please note our prices for creative design and print are not specified due to the fact that each establishment has different criteria and budgets**

All appointments are provisional until full payment is made online via Pay Pal or by cheque. Payment must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment.
