Mark Sephton

My background and experience have been in the fields of commercial operations, hospitality and the leisure and the food industry. Working with a number of high profile executives and managers, I have worked in these industries over the last 13 years and have helped establish many businesses, helping to build profile and personal development.

I am a radio host and have a business show " Talk Business" which is aired every wednesday evening from 5pm until 7pm on 101.5 FM for a community radio station named Radio Plus Coventry.

I am a qualified personal and business coach and have been fully accredited by NCFE and by the Open and Distance Learning Quality Council www.odlqc.org.uk. I carried out my training with the Life Coaching Institute http://www.inst.org/coach/index.phpand graduated with honours in 2009.

I have experience within recruitment and development, confidence and conflict management. I have a huge passion for those who are involved in small businesses and are existing entrepreneurs, or who have a desire to start their own business and for those who want to make a difference in their lives, careers and relationships. I am fully committed to helping people succeed and expand and grow in all you do to give you satisfaction in every area of your life.

My passion is about goal setting in order to motivate and inspire others toward greater achievements and successes.

 I base my work ethic and coaching style on 3 principles which I call my codes of conduct.
