The Consultation will take place over the phone and will last no more than 20 minutes.

We will discuss your personal or business needs and we will listen to what you would like from each session and then offer you a number of alternatives. If you are happy to proceed then we can book in your first coaching session.

Please be aware that the consultation is to establish the way forward and to build a good first impression between us. There is no obligation from you during the consultation, you may need assurances and clairty as to what will take place during each session.
